Terms and Conditions:
Unopened Home Paternity Testing kits can be returned within 90 days, but will incur administrative and handling fees starting at $50. Refunds will not be provided if any part of the kit has been used, any services have been completed, or the shipping package has been opened. *Additional handling fees will apply for tests involving more than two participants, multiple shipping addresses, or express shipping services. Please call our office for approval on returns.
For DNA tests scheduled at a local office, rescheduling is allowed at no additional cost. However, no refunds will be issued once any individual’s sample collection is complete.
If payment has been made for in-lab tests and no sample collection has taken place, a partial refund may be issued, minus an administrative and handling fee starting at $75. *Additional handling fees will apply for tests involving more than two participants.
