ABOUT ME

Ascension Solutions uses the Relationship and Organizational System coaching model to help clients create powerful solutions for complex personal and group situations.

Adrian Meade, the founder, is a certified Life, Relationship, and Organization Systems Coach, as well as a Virginia certified Mediator. She received her Life Coach certification from IPEC, and her Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching training from CRR Global. She earned her B.S. in Accounting from Hampton University, and her M.S. in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University.

Her business consulting experience includes federal contract accounting management, federal compliance audits, contract pricing negotiations, and enterprise risk management.

Her coaching practice specializes in relationship healing, mindfulness, and peaceful conflict resolution. She uses transpersonal tools which integrates psychological, emotional, and spiritual dimensions to help clients move beyond their ego states and limiting beliefs, enabling them to achieve a greater sense of meaning and purpose in their lives.
